John’s presentation  in Australia  2011

In April 2011 John was invited to go to Australia to take part in the first ever JR Aerotow meeting to be held in the southern hemisphere. John was invited to fly many different models during the 4 day event and also provided the Saturday evening entertainment by giving a talk and slide show on the history of the Ghost Squadron and the development of large model movement in the UK and Europe.After the event John called in at the Penrith Regatta centre in Sidney to spend a day with the local seaplane modellers where he got the opportunity to fly several seaplane models.
